APOLOGY LETTER



Dear Sir Preston


I am sincerely sorry for the poor service you received at our restaurant. The purpose of this is to convey to you my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experience here.
We have spoken with our team about this incident and it will not happen again, the only possible explanation I can give is that we had new staff and they didn’t know the restaurant standards yet.

We apologize for your experience and are enclosing a gift certificate for a free meal so that you can enjoy our restaurant at your family´s leisure.
Mr. Preston, let me assure you that what happened in your case is not typical of our restaurant. I can assure you that we will continue to provide you and all of our customers with the highest service.
We hope you find our changes satisfactory.

THEME PARK ADVICES

1: Good morning, what will you do today?

2: Good morning, we want to go to the theme park but, we wanted to hear some advices before. We've never been in an amusement park before.

1: Of course. While in a theme park, you should protect yourself from sunburn. We often forget about the UV injuries while thinking of the attractions' dangerous look. Because of the time you shall wait before entering an attraction, or the time you will spend walking from one place to another, you will be exposed to sun. You must protect yourself using sunglasses and sunblock. I also recommend wearing shorts, T-shirts and caps.
2: Very good idea. What about eating?

1: When taking your lunch, don't eat heavy foods. You should as well wait from one to two hours before going to an attraction. If you were to go to a strong one before resting, you would suffer stomachache or feel dizzy enough to ruin your entire day.

2: I understand.
1: Finally, be sure to read carefully the instructions posted at each attraction and of course, be aware of your personal belongings. And the last and most important thing: Have FUN!

GAZPACHO MANCHEGO

GAZPACHO MANCHEGO


The “Gazpacho Manchego” is a typical recipe of Castilla La Mancha, sometimes people confuse it with “Gazpacho Andaluz”, but they are totally different, as the “Gazpacho Andaluz” is a cold drink and the “Gazpacho Manchego” is a hot meal.
I´m from Albacete and my family has always cooked this dish, next I´m describing you how to prepare this delicious dish, first of all the ingredients are:
 
-       -   ½  Rabbit
-       -   ½  Chicken
-       -   1  Partridge
-        -  1 Garlic
-        -  ½  Green Pepper
-       -   2 tomatoes
-        -  2 Bay leaf
-         - 1 Onion
-       -   Black pepper
-          -“Torta para gazpachos”.It's the main ingredient of this recipe, is similar to the Italian “pasta” and is necessary to give some consistency to the meal.

Preparation

Step one:  Cut up the rabbit, the tomatoes, the partridge and the green pepper into pieces and peel the garlic.

Step two: Cut the “torta” into small pieces and put it in a small saucepan with water and heat it up

Step three: In a fry pan with oil  fry for about two or three minutes the rabbit and the partridge, then add the bay leaf , the garlic, the tomatoes and the green pepper and fry it about five or ten minutes too.

Step four:  Add hot water and salt and cook it over a low heat for about twenty or twenty five minutes.

Step five: Add the pieces of “torta” and stir slowly.

Step six: Wash and cut the mushrooms and add it to the fry pan, finally you must end up cooking the meat for about fifteen minutes.
